Message It sounds like you aren't sure if you have the right plugs, or you are sure you don't. You need the correct plugs, correctly gapped, no matter what the roots of your current issues are. Do that now and get it out of the way/off your list. The wrong plugs, or the right ones gapped incorrectly, can cause major issues. You can find part numbers for the right plugs by searching the site.

Safety boost means that the ECU switches the boost solenoids so that your car will only make about 7psi of boost (mechanically limited by the wastegates on the turbos, and nothing else). Safety boost alone will not cause the car to bog, based on my definition of "bog" - it will just cause it to feel consistently underpowered.

It sounds like you have a major problem if the car is bogging and so down on power that achieving 70mph is difficult. Even in safety boost you shouldn't have issues achieving or maintaining reasonable speed. I wouldn't drive it if I were you, unless I was testing fixes or investigating your issues.

I don't have a clear picture of what hard lines you say you broke, but if you have leaks anywhere in your vacuum system that's bad and needs to be fixed before the car is going to run correctly/safely. Depending on where your leak is it could be a boost leak, meaning the car is going to run rich and be down on power, or a vacuum leak, meaning you're going to run lean which could lead to detonation and major parts failures at worst, and general performance/idle issues at least.

If I were you, based on what you have described so far, this is what I'd do:

* Perform the 6Ps
* Test throttle position sensor (FSM/search here)
* Test throttle open/closed sensor (FSM/search here)
* Test coolant temp sensor (FSM/search here)
* Perform a power balance test (FSM/search here)

If the car was actually running somewhat properly before you replaced the injectors (you seem to indicate that your major power issues are new), then I'd suspect electrical connections and vacuum lines - stuff you screwed with during your plenum pull.
